When you post an ad online and pay for it you have paid us to publish your lonely hearts ad and to keep it online for the selected period. This means that the very moment you have paid us and the ad has been published we have lived up to our obligation as long as we do make sure your ad remains visible online.

We do not refund any payments made as we have provided you with a publication of your lonely hearts ad. However, in the event we are not able to keep your ad published for the duration you have paid for you will be intitled to a refund for the period that was still remaning when your ad was no longer published unless the reason why the publication was ended was one which was out of our control or for any other reason as stated and described in our terms and conditions..

Lonely hearts ads which are removed as a result of breaching our houserules or terms and conditions do not entitle you to a refund.
